At Eco Auto Body, we know that every repair doesn’t need to follow the same timeline or demand full perfection. That’s why we created the EcoFlex Program — a smarter, budget-friendly set of repair options built around patience, flexibility, and savings.

The star of this program is our Idle Time Slot Repair option, where being patient pays off in the form of deep discounts. But EcoFlex also includes additional money-saving repair paths like reduced completion repairs, used parts solutions, and cosmetic cover-ups.

This is the heart of the EcoFlex Program. Instead of booking your repair during our shop’s main workflow, your vehicle stays with us safe and sound while we work on it during our downtime hours — those moments when we’re waiting on parts, materials, or the next repair phase.

• Low Priority, Not Low Quality: A repair that might take 2–3 days could take 2–3 weeks, but the end result still meets Eco Auto Body standards.

Think of a repair like a progress bar. Instead of always aiming for 100%, you can decide how far you want to take it — 60%, 80%, or anywhere in between.

Micro Blend:

This type of paintjob will require a bit of liniency on the paint match.  While we use a computer and camera system to get as close as possible to your paint color this small area we are using to blend will not allow us to properly feather the paint so you will notice a difference from new to old paint.

Panel Blend:

While not as noticeable as microBlend a panel blend is not the proper way to do things in the automotive painting world and is considered being lazy but when saving money is a top priority we can omit blending into adjacent panels so you can keep the repair cost down.

Repair Vs Replace:

Sometimes even tho a replacement is merited because the final outcome would normally not be satisfactory  if you are willing to compromise quality over value then we are willing to help.

Used Parts Repair

When available, we source used OEM parts — sometimes can be found with matching paint codes thus even saving you even more money.  It is important to note that this is common practice even when going through insurance and is often the only method your insurance will approve but the only difference here is that we are trying to find the same paint code part and not repaint the used panel like is paid for by insurance.

There might be a slight shade difference between your vehicle and the purchased used part but the savings will be well.

Sometimes we are willing to even allow you to bring us your used parts but we must first talk about the repair and assure that you have the right parts in hand.

Note:
Just because we offer this as a viable option does not mean we will find the part and even if we did find the part it doesn’t mean that the part we buy is the same part that will be shipped by the parts vendor so the color might change in which case we will send it back and try again thus causing more delays.  so just as long as you are ok with waiting we are willing to help you out.

Disclaimer:

It’s very important for you and us to set clear and understood guidelines for what is to be expected from this type of repair.  It is not a recommended type of repair if you are by any means a perfectionist or are the the person with the final say on the end result of the repair.

Waiver:
There will be a waiver to sign upon dropping your vehicle off that says exactly what to expect and that you waive your rights to a rebuttal on the outcome of the repair.  We pride ourselves in quality over compromise but when value is the only thing that is important we do make exceptions but it is expected to be a 2 way street.
