ADRP Explained
Deductible Assistance Program
If your vehicle qualifies we can cover $100 for every $1,000 of damage your vehicle has. So if you have $4,000 in damage we can help you with $400 of a deductible.
Rental Assistance
Your rental situation is bundled with the amount of assistance you are going to receive from us for your deductible. If you don’t have rental coverage and absolutely need a rental and your deductible is only $250 and you have $4,000 in hail damage on your vehicle – We can help you with $150 towards your rental expense.
Custom Repair Plan
In the event you have a higher deductible than the assistance we are able to provide you with our deductible assistance program, there are still ways we can help. We can customize your repair plan based on your wants and needs to make up the difference to provide the proper amount of assistance for your rental and deductible. There are some limitations to this such as if you own your vehicle outright or if there’s a lienholder or not. The best way to navigate this is to come in for an evaluation and talk to one of our ADRP experts to determine eligibility and details.
Payment Plan
If you received an original amount from your insurance company and you have already spent the money and you cant come up with the money but still want to get your vehicle fixed – We can still help! We have financing options as well as being able to re-work your claim in the form of a supplement to utilize that money towards your repair so you don’t need to finance as much of the repair.

If you don’t own your vehicle outright you have a contractual obligation to the bank to keep your vehicle looking good. With that said there are things considered more cosmedic and we can help you know what those are to be able to help get your vehicle repaired and get you the help you need to make it feasible.
Statues Of Limitation
Filing Your Claim- Even if the storm happened 2-3 years ago you can still call your insurance company even if you changed insurance companies to start your claim and they have to pay for the repairs.
Supplement – You have up to 3 years to file your claim and sometimes even longer to finalize it. So if you started your claim 2 years ago but never got your vehicle fixed – you might still be entitled to more from your insurance to repair your vehicle.

What If I Collected An Initial Check?
Even if you filed your claim last year and you spent the money we can still help you with filing a supplement and getting what the claim is actually owed and we can talk about a payment plan on the money you spent so you can get your vehicle repaired.
What If I Got $3,000 For My Original Estimate?
It’s hard to say without looking at the vehicle but most times original estimates from the insurance companies are just to get the process started and usually only account for a smaller fraction of what damage you actually have on the vehicle. The best way to know how much damage your vehicle actually have is to bring it in and let us look it over and tell you what your claim is worth. We can usually help you get what is deserved and work something out for the money you already spent.

It is far better for us to meet with the adjuster for many factors. If we have the car in our care - we will use special lights to make sure the adjuster does not miss anything. We need to get it done first off instead of having to do what's called a supplement, and this can take up to a week. So the day before the adjuster is set to see the car, we get you in a car rental and have the vehicle at our shop.Can Heavy Hail Be Repaired With Paintless Dent Repair?
